This Curd has been made weekly in the Moutere for at least 20 yrs now, it's an all-time favourite and without a doubt one of the best available. In the Summer swirl through beaten cream and spoon over fresh berries, or blend with crème fraiche and fill mini pastry cases for a simple dessert, otherwise simply pile generous spoonfuls over ice cream and remember it is only available at our store in the Moutere village or right here.
