This marmalade is made with NZ-grown gold nuggets, they make a slightly gentler marmalade than a traditional citrus style, and the addition of the whiskey just gives it a bit of a kick. Just gorgeous on muffins, crumpets, toasted crusty white sourdough, or Vogel’s…perfect to start the day with, and of course no preservatives, only made in small batches as always.
