For those who like it a bit stronger; the Black Rabbit Blend is roasted slightly darker than our other blends, all the while remaining remarkably smooth with an excellent depth of flavour. This is all made possible by the hero bean of this blend, a stunning example of an Timor-Leste coffee. This bean is extra special as it has been sourced directly from the villages of Timor-Leste by Wayne Green of the Wholemeal Cafe in Takaka. This coffee is also available periodically as a single origin.
